Our team at the end of an intense week of work
In order to deliver top performance and results to our customers, we at the Peterson Group organize twice a year a Train the Consultant training to work on skills, program development, innovation, creative sessions and team work.
For our August one week session this year, we choose Maastricht in the south of the Netherlands as the base for our Train the Consultant training. Maastricht is a lovely city which is known for its culinary culture, easy going life style and pleasant surroundings when you want to retrieve for intense sessions like ours. In fact we had morning, afternoon and evening sessions and this during a whole week!
What were the results?
Together we developed a new in-depth face to face assessment, fine-tuned our recruiting process for when recruiting the best sales professionals for our customers, implemented new ideas for developing Business growth tactics. All with the aim to deliver the best performance for our customers and develop our selves.
This session has again demonstrated something we have been promoting for years: when you get people involved and use their talents at their best, you get the best out of them. In commitment, passion and in output. Over and over again.
