At the moment when almost everybody is working from home, with little physical contact or customer meetings our tip of today is:
Contact your customers and prospects by phone and/or email. Get in touch with them, ask them how they are doing and tell them that you and your company are still here to help them.
This will keep you close to your customer for his current and future needs. It will also show that you care!
